Cancelling appointments

If you are unable to keep an appointment with the doctor or nurse then it is very important that you let us know. Someone else could benefit from your appointment slot.

Appointments booked using our online system can only be cancelled more than 24hrs before they are due. If you need to cancel less than 24hrs before the appointment, please telephone the surgery on 0191 275 5710.

Please be aware that patients who persistently do not attend appointments will receive a letter notifying them that this is not acceptable. Repeat non-attenders to be asked to register with another practice.
